Holidays are not a good time to start a meal plan, or even be near one. When planning meals, try to fit all of the essential nutrients into your day. This will keep your body functioning as it is supposed to. When you don’t plan for this you can have severe weight problems as you get too much of something or too little. Making a meal plan will make sure that you are getting everything right!
